    Dans une casserole, faire bouillir le lait avec 30g de maïzena et 40g de sucre de canne.

    Mélangez les jaunes d oeufs avec 30g de sucre de canne et les arômes.
  5. Ajouter une louche de lait chaud et mélangez bien (pré-mélange).

    Hors du feu, ajouter le contenu du bol dans la casserole, mélangez bien.
  6. Remettre sur feu.moyen et mélangez bien jusqu'à épaississement.
  7. Laissez refroidir la crème, et incorporer le beurre, la poudre de noix de coco et quelques gouttes d amande amère.
  8. Couper la génoise en 2 et étaler une.partie de la crème, couvrir avec le dernier disque de génoise et couvrir du reste de crème.

    Décorer avec des langues de chat ou biscuits cuillères ou sans rien.
  9. Saupoudrez de coco.
