- Huile de tournesol

Rincez aussi les moules, et laisser égoutter, éplucher l’oignon, le couper grossièrement, peler l’ail, les couper en tout petit dés, couper les tomates cerises en 2, fendre les piments en 4, laver et couper l’oignon vert grossièrement
2) Dans une grande marmite ou un sauteuse, chauffer un filet d’huile, faire revenir les moules pendant 3 à 4 mn, - 3) Puis ajouter l’ail et l’oignon émincés, laisser bien suer
4) Ajouter ensuite le sel, le curcuma et le poivre, bien remuer ensemble
5) Ajouter ensuite le riz cru préalablement lavé, bien mélanger aux moules,
6) ajouter ensuite les tomates, l’oignon vert, et le piment, puis ajouter un peu d’eau bouillante, juste couvrir le riz avec de l’eau, si il le faut rajouter à la fin de la cuisson, mettre le couvercle - 7) Porter la préparation à ébullition, baisser le feu et laisser cuire environ 15 à 20 mn, à la fin de la cuisson, vérifier l’assaisonnement si nécessaire, bien remuer de temps en temps, afin que le riz ne s’accroche pas, vérifier la cuisson, sinon ajouter encore un tout petit peu d’eau, et laisser encore cuire, il faut que le riz soit bien sec
8) Couper le feu, et laisser refroidir à couvert
